We collect non-food raw material of animal origin from your site, process it at our own plant — up to 100 tonnes a day across four ERCIM Recovery Systems lines — and close the matter with documents. For you it becomes a cost line with a predictable rate instead of a constant headache.
The services can be taken separately or as a single loop — from collection to delivery of finished feed protein back to your feed mill.

The basis of the whole process. The raw material is ground, heat treated under pressure, then the fat is pressed out and it is dried and milled. The result is a sterile feed product instead of waste that would have to be buried.

Specialised trucks with sealed bodies, washing and disinfection after each trip, a schedule that fits your operating hours.
Service 03
A disposal certificate, veterinary accompanying documents and closing documents for your accounting department — for every trip and every period.
Service 04
Assessment of raw material and finished feed products: protein, fat, moisture, ash, microbiology. Including for third-party clients.
Service 05
A long-term contract with a fixed rate, a dedicated manager and a clear trip schedule.
Service 06
You hand over raw material and take back feed meal and fat for your own compound feed. Offset by agreement.

We collect raw material with specialised trucks fitted with sealed bodies and a hydraulic crane: the container is lifted and emptied without manual handling, and the site stays clean.
We work with non-food raw material of animal origin from meat plants, poultry farms, fish processing, retail chains and farms.
We do not accept: chemical, medical or radioactive waste, or raw material showing signs of especially dangerous diseases — such cases are handled separately with the veterinary service.
The first collection is usually arranged within 1–3 working days after the terms are agreed.

It depends on the raw material. For processing low-value material the supplier pays the rate. If the material is consistent and gives a good protein yield, we can buy it — we calculate from the actual analysis.
