years for the plant — running since 1971
The plant was built in 1971 as a state rendering facility. In 2025 the enterprise was privatised, and in 2026 a complete renovation was finished. Today it is four lines of ERCIM Recovery Systems equipment and a team of 100 people.
The plant has half a century of work with biological waste behind it and a production line completely rebuilt in 2026. We are chosen where a reliable loop matters more than a one-off deal: a producer has to get rid of waste on time, and a feed mill has to receive protein with predictable figures. FeedCore closes both sides of the task.
We work under contracts with veterinary supervision, keep records of every trip and every product batch, and store arbitration samples — so that any dispute is settled with documents rather than conversations.

After the 2026 renovation the site runs four lines for disposal and meat and bone meal production on ERCIM Recovery Systems equipment: receiving hopper, grinding, heat treatment under pressure, fat pressing, drying and milling. The automation logs the settings, so every batch is reproducible.
Processing biological waste is an area of heightened responsibility. Nothing here can be settled on a handshake: what works is regulations, documents and repeatability.
01
Every trip and every batch is documented in a way that will stand up to any inspection.
02
We keep the product figures in a narrow corridor — you do not have to rewrite your feed formulation.
03
Biological waste cannot wait. Our dispatch desk takes requests around the clock.
04
Waste that used to be taken to landfill returns to the economy as feed protein and fat. That reduces the load on landfills and cuts the need for imported protein components.
05
We show production to partners and provide reports on request.
From a state rendering plant to private feed protein production.
1971
The site in the Ohangaron district was launched as a state enterprise for the disposal of biological waste.
2025
The plant passes into private hands. Preparation begins for a complete replacement of the equipment fleet.
2026
Four lines for disposal and meat and bone meal production were installed on ERCIM Recovery Systems equipment.
Now
A team of 100, up to 100 t of raw material a day for processing and 20–30 t of finished product for shipment.
Next
Alongside chicken meat and bone meal and fish meal we are preparing feed fat, feather meal and blood meal.
Collection, processing and supply of feed protein — under one contract and with a single point of responsibility.
We will show you the line, the laboratory and the warehouse, and answer questions about documents and timing.
